We believe the relationship between our mental health and the health of the world around us are inter-connected. During Mindful May, we encourage you to connect with yourself and to the environment and nature around you to maintain balance and wellness for #mentalhealthmonth. Our guidelines for this month-long activity  are as follows:

  • Download the calendar 

  • Participate as much or as little as you feel comfortable/ or are able to.

  • Maintain safety and social distance in public spaces and wash your hands before and after each outing

  • Share your photos and reflections with us by tagging @tmparksfoundation, #mindfulmay, #healthyparkshealthypeople, #mentalhealthawerenessmonth

  • And HAVE FUN!
