Phillip & Annie Callahan Park

This beautiful 25-acre park is nestled against the foothills of the Virginia Range at the south end of Callahan Ranch Road off of the Mt. Rose Highway. The park features picnic sites with BBQ's (non-reservable), horseshoe pits, open turf area and two playgrounds. Other amenities include water fountains, close proximity to the Galena Creek trail, benches, pathway throughout, group picnic area and individual picnic sites. You can also see the historic Galena School House! Note: there is no restroom on site.
